How To Use

Follow Dr. Throwers' recommended skincare regime for dry skin:

Morning

Step 1

Cleanser

Gently rinse your face with warm water, then apply Step 1 Dry Skin Facial Cleanser. Massage it into your skin, being careful not to get it in your eyes or mouth. Rinse your face with warm water and pat dry.

Step 2

Toner

Apply the Normal/Combination Skin Facial Toner to a cotton ball and gently WIPE the cotton ball across your face and neck, taking care not to get it in your eyes or mouth. Let the toner dry on your face. AVOIDEYE AND MOUTH AREA

Step 3

Moisturizer

Apply the SPF 30 Face & Body Moisturizing Lotion every morning.

Nighttime

Step 1

Dry Skin Facial Cleanser.

Scrub or Mask

Use the Normal/Combination Facial Scrub or the Normal/Dry Skin Facial Mask twice a week at night, as needed. Make sure you don’t use these on the same day.

Step2

Normal/Combination Skin Facial Toner.

Step 3

Moisturizer

Lastly, apply the Aloe Facial Moisturizing Cream.

Each product in this kit is numbered, so you can tell which order to apply them. For further instructions and information about how to use each product, consult the label on the bottle.

Is this good for acne-prone skin?

Yes. Although acne is typically associated with oily skin, it can also occur on dry skin, for different reasons. Dr. Thrower's Dry Skin Facial Cleanser is perfect for combating acne and blemishes by cleansing any dirt or dead skin cells, without drying your skin out any further.

Is this skin kit good for sensitive skin?

Yes, all of the products in the Dry Skin Kit are gentle enough to be used on any skin TYPE.

Are these products safe to use on eczema-prone skin?

Yes, you can use these products if you are prone to dry skin and eczema breakouts. If you are worried, we recommend that you test the products on a small patch of skin first to see if you experience any issues.

Shipping Policy

Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday-Friday only. Orders placed after 2:00 PM (EST) on Friday will be processed the following business Monday (excluding holidays).

Shipping Method

All orders are shipped with USPS Standard Shipping and are subject to USPS delivery times or delays. You'll receive an email and text with your tracking # as soon as it's generated.

Shipping Times

  • Orders will typically arrive in your mailbox within 8–13 business days (excluding weekends & holidays).
    • Handling time: 3-5 business days.
    • USPS shipping time: 5-8 business days.
  • Please note that holidays and weekends are not included in the shipping timeline.

Return Policies

Order Returns

To ensure the safety of our customers and employees, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns.

Order Refunds

Refund requests must be submitted via email to sales@drthrowerskincare.com. Please allow up to 3 business days to receive an answer (not including holidays and weekends).

  • Include the following in your email: 
    • Your name
    • Order number

    • A clear and concise request for a refund.

Refunds are approved on a case-by-case basis, and are not available after order delivery.

Order Modifications

Our shipping department works diligently to process orders as quickly as possible. For this reason:

  • Order modifications must be requested within 2 hours of placing your order.
  • Orders cannot be modified after they have been shipped and leave our facility.
  • Requests sent outside of our team’s office hours will be reviewed as soon as we return.

Office Hours: Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM–4:00 PM (EST)

For example:

If you place an order at 5:00 PM on Wednesday and email us with a modification request at 6:00 PM on the same day, we will review your request the next business day at 10:00 AM. Since your request was submitted within 2 hours of your order, it will be acknowledged and processed accordingly.
