How To Use

Wash your face with Dr. Thrower’s Normal/Combination or Dry Skin Facial Cleanser every morning and evening.

After rinsing and drying your face, use the Normal/Combination Skin Facial Toner. Apply some of the product to a cotton ball, and gently squeeze out any excess toner. Gently rub the cotton ball across your face and neck, taking care not to get it in your eyes or mouth.

Let the toner dry on your face and continue with the rest of your skincare regime.

This toner is suitable for normal/combination skin or dry skin.

Will this product dry my skin out?

No, this product should not dry your skin out. It does help reduce excess oil production, but it does not strip your face of all of its natural moisture. If your face is getting dry, consider using this product only once a day.

Orders are processed Monday-Friday only. Orders placed after 2:00 PM (EST) on Friday will be processed the following business Monday (excluding holidays).

All orders are shipped with USPS Standard Shipping and are subject to USPS delivery times or delays. You'll receive an email and text with your tracking # as soon as it's generated.

  • Orders will typically arrive in your mailbox within 8–13 business days (excluding weekends & holidays).
    • Handling time: 3-5 business days.
    • USPS shipping time: 5-8 business days.

Return Policies

Order Returns

To ensure the safety of our customers and employees, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns.

Order Refunds

Refund requests must be submitted via email to sales@drthrowerskincare.com. Please allow up to 3 business days to receive an answer (not including holidays and weekends).

  • Include the following in your email: 
    • Your name
    • Order number

    • A clear and concise request for a refund.

Refunds are approved on a case-by-case basis, and are not available after order delivery.

Order Modifications

Our shipping department works diligently to process orders as quickly as possible. For this reason:

  • Order modifications must be requested within 2 hours of placing your order.
  • Orders cannot be modified after they have been shipped and leave our facility.
  • Requests sent outside of our team’s office hours will be reviewed as soon as we return.

Office Hours: Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM–4:00 PM (EST)

For example:

If you place an order at 5:00 PM on Wednesday and email us with a modification request at 6:00 PM on the same day, we will review your request the next business day at 10:00 AM. Since your request was submitted within 2 hours of your order, it will be acknowledged and processed accordingly.
